On Monday September 16th, Dubspot’s Maschine User Group returns at our NYC location with a special guest lecture on finger drumming with DMC Champion, DJ Rafik. This group will be hosted by Dubspot instructor Shareef Islam a.k.a. TekMaschine.
Dubspot Maschine User Group – Live Performance Techniques w/ DJ Rafik
On Monday September 16th from 9:15pm – 11:15pm, Dubspot will host a Maschine user group at our NYC location. This first session will focus on live performance and finger drumming using Native Instruments’ Maschine music production software. Shareef and special guest DJ Rafik will demonstrate a variety of techniques, ranging from sampling techniques to live performance preparation and using performance-focused plug ins. This edition of Dubspot’s Maschine User Group will be geared towards artists with an interest in performing live .
